MaiCuti is not a booking guarantee, emergency service, official government advisory, medical/legal/financial adviser, or replacement for checking current prices, road closures, weather warnings, opening hours, visa rules, safety advisories, and provider availability.

For Mobile App V1, voice note is part of Chat only. Users may record a short voice note, backend ASR may transcribe it, and Seri replies in text. Full live voice conversation and AI audio replies are not part of Mobile App V1.

Sponsored or paid content must be clearly labelled with labels such as Ditaja, Sponsored, Partner message or Paid promotion. Sponsored content must not be disguised as personal advice from Seri or Abang Man.
