Depending on use, we may process account details, contact details, login/session records, saved ideas, chat messages, ASR transcripts, short-lived voice-note files, location labels or location evidence where explicitly shared, device/app diagnostics, consent records, and support messages.

Data may be used to provide the service, answer travel questions, save ideas, process voice-note ASR, maintain account/session security, enforce quota and safety controls, respond to support/deletion requests, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or operational obligations.

Data may be disclosed to service providers, hosting/infrastructure providers, communication channel providers, professional advisers, regulators, or law enforcement where required and lawful. NexisGate Hub does not sell personal data.
