MaiCuti keeps data only as long as needed for service delivery, user controls, safety, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, operational troubleshooting, and audit evidence.

Mobile App V1 voice notes are used for ASR text transcription and text reply generation. Raw audio should not be retained longer than necessary unless required for troubleshooting, safety, abuse investigation, or a clearly disclosed operational purpose.

Location is foreground/on-demand only for V1. Raw coordinates must not be shown in public UI. Where location is used, MaiCuti should prefer safe location labels for user-facing context.

Deletion requests can be submitted through /delete-data or by contacting admin@nexisgate.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, audit, dispute, or fraud-prevention purposes.
